Rick joined Labor Finders in 2015 and is on Labor Finders International’s Senior Management team. As Executive Vice President of our company-owned Labor Finders franchise, LF Staffing Services, he is responsible for overseeing its operations.

Rick has extensive experience growing companies into strong profitable forces within their industry. He has built and lead dynamic, successful teams while focusing on workforce solutions, client satisfaction and bottom-line growth. Over the years, Rick has led service organizations across the country by implementing strategic solutions across multiple disciplines, including training and risk management to the staffing and recruiting Industry. His executive leadership and hands-on management style have given him the unique ability to design and develop mutually beneficial service offerings focusing on the clients’ needs.

Rick has a master’s degree with over 28 years of senior leadership experience working on regional, national, and global levels.
