Amit Pal Singh - President & Chief Operating Officer

Amit started with the company in the Information Technology department as Systems Administrator. Presently, Amit serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for managing the various operational components of the franchise staffing business. In an ongoing effort to improve the level of support services offered to our franchisees, he along with members of the management team continually work on achieving the company's strategic and business goals.

Amit has held various management positions prior to becoming President and COO. He has served as the Director of Operations from 2007 to 2016, the Director of Strategic Projects from 2004 to 2007; Director of e-Education from 2003 to 2004; and MIS Director from 2000 to 2003.

Amit holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s (MIT) Sloan School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Florida Atlantic University.

Amit lives in West Palm Beach, FL with his wife, Dr. Damanjeet Singh, DDS, and two daughters, Sunaina and Sobhita Singh.

Inspired by

My grandfather, Kartar Singh. In his youth, he lost his father and due to the 1945 India/Pakistan partition, lost everything and started from scratch. With just an elementary school education, he built a strong business and supported his family.

Favorite city is

New York City. It is truly a melting pot of amazing cuisine and culture.

Being North Indian I am a huge fan of Punjabi/Bhangra music. Any good bhangra song will get my shoulders and feet moving.

Growing up I wanted to be a

Doctor to help people. By being part of the staffing industry I am able to achieve that goal by offering gainful employment opportunities to those in need.
